Auto-renewal is enabled by default to prevent accidental service expiration. Renewal invoices are generated 14 days before your billing due date. You can toggle auto-renew ON or OFF at any time under Billing > Subscriptions.
If your payment fails or was declined, navigate to Billing > My Invoices, open the unpaid invoice, click Retry Payment or select a different payment gateway (Credit Card, PayPal, Net Banking), and click Pay Now to re-process the transaction immediately.
Log into your Client Portal and navigate to Billing > My Invoices. Here you can view outstanding balances, pay securely online, and download official PDF invoices for accounting and tax records.
When you select a hosting plan or domain, it is added to your shopping cart. After checkout, your order enters instant activation. You can track order status, view service details, and check activation timestamps under Billing > My Orders in your dashboard.
