How to Update Domain Nameservers & Point Domains to Servers

Configure primary and secondary DNS nameservers to point your domain to jiWebHosting servers.

Point your domain name to your web server by updating authoritative nameserver entries.

1. Accessing Nameserver Management

Go to Domains > My Domains, click on your registered domain name, and select Manage Nameservers.

2. Entering Custom Nameservers

Choose Use Custom Nameservers and enter primary and secondary addresses (e.g. ns1.jiwebhosting.com and ns2.jiwebhosting.com).

3. Understanding Global Propagation

Nameserver updates take 1 to 24 hours to propagate across global ISP DNS caches worldwide.

Navigate to Domains > My Domains and click Manage Domain.

Enter Primary & Secondary Nameservers

Input ns1.jiwebhosting.com and ns2.jiwebhosting.com.

Save Changes & Wait for Propagation

Click Change Nameservers and allow 1-24 hours for global propagation.
