How to Enable Login Alerts, IP Whitelisting & Account Security Policies

Updated 2026-08-14 3 min read

Configure security filters, restrict login access to trusted IP addresses, and enable real-time email login notifications.

Protect your hosting assets against unauthorized access attempts by enforcing strict security policies in your dashboard.

1. Enabling Email Login Notifications

Turn on Email Login Alerts under Account Settings > Security to receive instant email notifications whenever a new login occurs from an unrecognized device or browser.

2. Restricting Access via IP Whitelisting

If your office uses static IP addresses, add them to the Trusted IP Whitelist. Login attempts from unapproved IP ranges will be automatically challenged.

3. Active Session Monitoring

View active browser sessions under Security > Active Sessions and click Terminate Session to remotely log out unrecognized devices.

Implementation Steps

1

Open Security & Policy Tab in Dashboard

Navigate to Account Settings > Security in your Client Portal.
2

Enable Email Login Alerts & Add Whitelist IPs

Toggle Login Notification Alerts ON and add trusted IP addresses to the whitelist.
3

Inspect Active Device Sessions

Review active logged-in devices and revoke sessions for unrecognized browsers.
