The following services are eligible for refunds:
- Shared Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS (Virtual Private Server) Hosting
- Dedicated Server Hosting
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- SSL certificate installation fees
- Additional features or upgrades purchased after the initial service period
Refund Terms
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Cancellation: You must cancel your hosting account within 30 days of activation.
- Unused Services: No more than 25% of the allocated resources (bandwidth and storage) may have been used.
- No Abuse: Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws.
- Refund Eligibility: Please note that jiWebHosting generally does not provide refunds. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion.
Refund Process
